The corporate language of Nordea is English and NOC will be operating as an English speaking unit.

Candidates hired to work in NOC will need:

English on communicative level

bachelor’s degree as a minimum (preferable banking or accounting, IT)

good knowledge of MS Office tools

analytical mind

to be keen on learning new tasks and you get motivated by working in a changing international environment.

no professional experience is required

NOC will be providing a variety of different services to other units within the Nordea Group in English. Focus will be on continuously

improving and developing these services, using Lean and other performance management tools.
