Yourfuture@BC was created by Barry Callebaut to recruit, train and develop top young recent graduates for challenging international careers. After an initial orientation program you will start your first of three to four assignments – all with an international scope. This year’s program starts in September and will be launched in the countries of strategic importance to Barry Callebaut.
After graduation you will have gained valuable experience in your specific field. Throughout the world, various career paths will then open up for you.

Yourfuture@BC offers opportunities that fit and complement your talents and skills
The Graduate Trainee Program in Operations is a two-year program designed to prepare you for a future career in a leading global company. The program is divided into 3-4 assignments offering you the possibility to work abroad and in several positions with a functional focus on Operations.
Yourfuture@BC_Operations starts on 1st of September 2011 and officially ends on 31st August 2013. The assignments take place in our factories and lie within the scope of Production, Engineering and Maintenance, giving you the opportunity to become a specialist for our factories. You are employed in Poland, USA or West Africa and complete three to four assignments. You will conduct at least one of your assignments in another country to where you are employed.
Each rotation will challenge you to deliver your best and will allow you to broaden your expertise by learning how the different activities in Production, Engineering and Maintenance interact at Barry Callebaut. Depending on your projects, you will also co-operate with other functional areas.
We expect you to develop a specialist business outlook that encompasses a great deal of international and intercultural skills and perspectives.
Yourfuture@BC offers you excellent development opportunities in an international environment. In addition to regular training, you will receive continuous feedback on your performance. To help you develop your strengths and start building Yourfuture@BC, a coach and a mentor will be assigned to you throughout the program. Moreover, networking activities within the international pool of Barry Callebaut trainees from different areas are an essential element for your success.
